We'll see. Royalists are friendly generally for historical reasons (we've done a lot of stuff with Gallia when it was a kingdom). Diplomacy is quite fresh otherwise, because there wasn't much interaction yet.

According to the fact that the current Custodi players haven't joined any of them in the 2-or-so years that the faction technically didn't exist.
