Brian's Office - the administrative centre of the Agency.

Brian was looking through the shortlist. Harvey, Contracts Manager, limped in.
"Any contenders?" he asked.
Brian, a man known for an almost obsessional attention to detail, picked up one from the top of the pile.
"Well, sir, I must say that it is near impossible to establish potential candidates when they refuse to fill in the form properly."
Harvey took the form and looked at it.
"Well, this one claims to have experience."
Brian nodded.
"Yes. But no background information. No details of birthplace or place of residence. Nothing about his previous career other than a vague reference to mercenary work."
Harvey's expression hardened.
"Mercenary, eh? Okay, contact him. He sounds okay but we need a little more information on his background."
He turned to walk away as Brian picked up the phone.
"And another thing, Brian," he called over his shoulder. "Tell him I don't care if he was born in the back of a Raven's Claw of if his mother knits Talons for a living. Our fleet is BHG/AP ships. As good as you can find."
Brian keyed in Zayle's number and waited for an answer.
