Outcast society and power has suffered radical changes after years of political disagreements, but in the end, the might of the Outcast fundamentally resides on the wealthiest of men and women: Dons and their families. As such, the Maltese cultural and judicial structure is divided, and policies vary depending on who is watching over you. So, getting to the point: MHS will have no problem with you if you want to visit Omicron Alpha, or even Planet Malta itself if the talks continue; we do tolerate particular traders to arrive into our home and we certainly would welcome your kind and even protect you if required. Unfortunately, we cannot respond for all Outcasts for now.
