Upon reading your request it came up to our eyes that you haven't paid any of the quarterly fees before. However, we cannot exclude a simple loss of data during the civil war.
The Rheinland Government will impose a fine of 400.000.000 S.C for all unpaid quarters since registration of your base plus the additional quarterly fee of 50.000.000 S.C have to be wired to Rheinland.Treasury-1.

However, if, you Herr Schmid can prove the quarterly payment to the previous Government we will refrain from the fee of 400.000.000 S.C.
