This project entails the cryo-terraformation of the target world, Planet Saarbrucken, in the Cologne Sector of Rheinland. The purpose of this study is to further knowledge on cooling techniques to adapt planets to our optimal habitable temperature, which is slightly lower than the average habitable zone of 0-100'C. Thus, the aims of the studies will be to find cost effective ways of global cooling and ozone restoration, particularly with the assistance of using the newly discovered cryo-organisms dubbed as the 'Rain Makers' from the uncharted, including the Omicron samples OM-B-70075 'Cryo-organism'. Additionally, the abundance of Ice within the Independent Worlds is expected to be reused for the project for planetary revitalization.

The outcome of the project is dependant upon the response of the Rheinland Government for further permission, grants and licenses, meaning the target world may be swapped. Before initiation of conversion, another world must be marked for experimentation in methods and studies as a safe bed for future ecological modification to worlds.

Caution is noted upon this project to all scientists, reckless terraforming methods will destroy native fauna and ecosystems of worlds. Recommendation of using barren worlds or decaying worlds to avoid destruction of potential scientific sites.
