Hogosha are allied to Corsairs, who have an official faction. They should be fine.

Say, if Gaians and Hogosha were to fix this nerf, would just getting FLG or just TBH to sponsor it suffice?

Yes. TBH would probably be the more appropriate pick in this arrangement though, but in this particular situation, just one OF green to either side works.
