Greetings,

The individual known as 'Rusty Old Screw' is a Freelancer flying a Camara-class freighter with respectable armaments and armor. I am recording this report to let you know that he has crossed the line of what's acceptable and forgivable. Earlier today I came across this individual at Manhattan's defense grid along with a few more Freelancers. The suspect continued to harass another Freelancer before I asked him to leave the vicinity immediately due to causing a public disturbance.

Not only did he refuse this direct order, but he also engaged the Freelancer that he was previously harassing. Without much second thought, I ordered gunnery to lock on that flying pest and shoot him down first chance they get. Unfortunately, the Camara he was flying turned out to be a rather maneuverable rust-bucket and we were unable to take him down but we made sure the other people in the vicinity weren't hurt.

That was until two operatives of the Fourty Sixth fleet arrived and chased the suspect until he evacuated the immediate area.

With all of the above being said, I have a message towards Command; I am requesting permission to forward evidence of this interaction with the Chief of the Liberty Police Incorporated along with a brief explanation of what took place so that the suspect can face further consequences and be made an example of what not to do.
