Greetings Admirals

Today I Sadly have to Contact you about an incident that happened in New York that Involved Sinon Yuki and Myself. As I was in a Friendly chat with my Husband in Manhattan Orbit Lieutenant Commander Sinon Yuki came by, as Usual, is has Greeted her and so did also a =LSF= Agent but Sinon Didn't React. Instead, she Begann to behave Strangely and did Run first into the Detroit Field and then into the Badlands. I Followed her and Opened a Comm Channel to her Girlfriend Dr. Clarissa Abernathy in the Hope that Clarissa could bring some Sense back into Sinon. but this wasn't the Case after I Followed her through the Badlands and she soot on every Rouge and Junker she saw. she Flew to the Pittsburgh Debrie Field and I could Stop her from Further Flying senseless around and Shoot everything she saw.

I tried to get her back to their senses but she gave me no chance and after I Used my Cruise Disruptors to stop her from Fleeing she Started to Attack me. I had to Defend myself and was Forced to Shoot back at Sinon and Destroyed her Ship. I Took her Escape Pod on Board and Cuffed her as she wasn't Cooperative at all. On my way back to manhattan to bring her to some Medical Help, I was Stoped by Two Agents of the =LSF= that Questioned me about the Incident. After i answered the Question of the =LSF= Agents I Brought Sinon To the closed ward of the Manhattan Veterans Hospital, she needs help and I would Advice that Sinon's Flight License will be Terminated till the Doctors Declare her as Healed again. I will Include the Flight Log into the Attachment for the High Command to see in Detail what happened.
