We have instituted a monthly update, published by the Corse High Command. This is the first issue.
Firstly, the hierarchy has been overhauled. All current members retains their current rank. Your handbooks have been updated and can be found here.
Promotions

Diplomacy, recommendations
The diplomacy part of your handbooks have been updated as well, adding new prospects and friendly organization open for trading, negotiations, et cetera. Bretonian organizations have been deemed as suspicious due to high tension and animosity between Gallics and Bretonians. Corsicans, please be extremely cautious during your travels in this House.
The Xenos from the Liberty House, a terrorist organization, are also to be considered as hostile, due to their extremely hostile behavior against seemingly foreign vessels entering Liberty space.
The presence of Cardamine-addled users and organizations in the Liberty House are numerous, and allies, virtually inexistent. Akin to the Bretonian House recommendations, please be extremely cautious as well in the House of Liberty. The organizations have also been added to your handbook's diplomacy section.
The apparent resurgence of Royalists have also been reported to us, and are therefore to be considered suspicious. They resort to piracy like Brigands, and therefore, Corsican convoys are at risk, despite the obvious lack of attack subissed by them, and their theorically low numbers. However, be cautious when interacting with them.
Financial Statements
Currently, the public treasury of the Unione Corse totals at 480,000,000 credits. The shadow funds, offshore accounts and personnal accounts were not recorded.
The creation of an internal rewards board had limited success, but proved not to be a concrete incentive for new members to join. The internal bounty board will be kept and maintained, but shall be reviewed and eventually overhauled.
Technology
The engineers on Monaco Base determined viable the ex-Council equipment and weaponry. You may now enjoy using ex-Council weaponry and spacecrafts. Your handbooks have been updated accordingly.
However, please be aware of the Gallic Union's behavior on ex-Council technology. For now, the Unione Corse shall formally restrain the use of ex-Council technology outside of Gallia, until further development with the Gallic Union.
Ex-Council equipment may now be only enjoyed by ✠⟨⟨ | Acolytes, due to their experience in stealth and covert operations.
