I have reviewed the issues with Sinon Yuki. They gravely concern me, I wonder if they were related to our Kepler mission.
I doubt any one of us in High Command is qualified to deal with the situation. In the meantime I recommend putting the Lt.Commander on leave on the books. And Sir Creed with your permission I would instruct her direct superior - Commander Camille Summers to take charge in dealing with the situation, researching help we can get etc.
Commander Summers - consider this a request to make this your utmost priority. You are the Lt.Commander's direct superior, you have shown great resourcefulness and empathy throughout your duty. I am sure you are familiar with people in distress given your background, and you have managed to single handedly contact external parties before and get things done.
Please see to it to give the Lt.Commander all the care she needs - you will be granted a very generous budget and allocated as much time as you require. We are planning several promotions that can help bridge the time of Lt.Commanders absense, and your time you need to take in assisting her.
Please be discreet, keep us posted, and let's hope Sinon Yuki can return to active duty at some point. But her mental and physical health takes precedence above all.
