As some of you may know, it's easy to keep track of the activities and members of the Shadow Outcasts Brigade, Blue Lotus Syndicate, 101st, ESS, and Repers of Sirius. The same cannot, however, be said for those of us that aren't members of those groups. Therefore, I'd like for those of you who consider yourselves seperate from Outcast politics to send me a message over this frequency with your name, ships, and typical activities and location. I'll maintain a list available on this channel through the command /OCList.

This is not required, but remember this: the 101st cannot be everywhere, but our enemies are.
