The flickering, blurry image of the command bridge of the Marrakech opens up. With jerky movements not synchronized with the audio, the image of Hector and his communications officer appears.

Damn, these channels are unusable! With the images completely out of alignment and out of phase, Captain Balzac can be seen turning towards the communications officer. After a few seconds, the "AUDIO ONLY" image followed by Hector's voice reappears.

The last known position of the two men is a "Landing Pad number 7". We have no idea on which island it is located nor if and where they have moved. About a week has passed since the potential meeting, a period of time in which Mr. Leon has not received more messages or reports from his man.

He must absolutely be found and, if necessary, neutralized without reaching lethal force except in situations of extreme danger. I repeat, currently Mr. Scotty is his hostage, we do not know what he is planning and we do not know how many people, besides the two of them, may be in danger.
