Overview

Constellation Express is a new and growing company of independent contractors focused on expedient and reliable transport of goods and products to anybody who requests them. We belong to no house and we owe allegiance to nobody but to our contract holders. There is no star system too far or close for our transports to reach. At Constellation Express, we will connect the stars.

Goal

Our goal is to grow and develop into the premiere Sirius shipping company. We owe it not only to our stakeholders and contractees, but also to our roster of transport pilots to ensure they are compensated for their time and efforts in keeping Sirius in motion.

Structure

Besides the officers appointed specific roles to assist in the administrative operations of the company, there are no ranks. Each trader works for their money. When a contract is signed, the more work that our pilots want to apply to the contractor will mean more money the pilot will make for the contract. ConEx will apply bonuses and incentives to ensure contract work will be profitable for our transport pilots.

Work As a ConEx Transport Pilot

As a pilot under ConEx, you will be entitled to a working vessel with which to conduct your trade missions with, a means to make money, and appropriate compensation to ensure contract work is profitable to the trader. The leadership of ConEx understands what it is like to work and not receive appropriate compensation. Our transport pilots will not be subjected to the same.

History

ConEx is a newly founded company under the direction of Bill Wagner and Amy Raybern. The two climbed through the ranks of Universal Shipping Incorporated and became top officers of the company. However, due to disagreements, many of the officers left including Mr. Wagner and Ms. Raybern. The two decided that they will build a company where work equals pay and merit. No longer will the lazy reap the same reward as the hard working. Thus, ConEx is born.

Relations, ID, and IFF

For the purpose of flying the 5,000 series transports, we will have the ID of Universal. We will role play as our own independent company, but our dealings with Universal will be minimal to none. Our relations, therefore, matches Universal Shipping.
