I read your whole post and I agree with you but this part makes it sound like I have no life or something. I stayed in that whole hour to teach him, that tactics like that might not always work.

Hehe--not at all--sorry if I came across like that. I would have been peeved to and on a bad day I might have stayed to make a point of it as well.

But milking it for an hour like that was pretty tasteless.

I don't think that such things shouldn't be sanctionable at all--just it should be a last resort and not "if you do it three times, period"
