For decades, Corsicans have tried to supply greater Sirius with their narcotics. These efforts have proven fruitless time and again largely due to Sirian distrust of anything produced by Gauls as well as counter efforts by their chief rivals – The Outcasts. Many Corsican shipments bound for the houses have been intercepted by belligerent parties, which has rippled to other sectors of the black market.

The time has come for Corsica to repay these transgressions in kind. Through meticulous intelligence gathering the Corsicans have learned of large Cardamine shipments moving via the Taus. Forces from the Unione Corse have organized to intercept these shipments, with unofficial help from the Gallic Security Bureau, to disrupt the ‘Orange Plague’ in kind.

The GSB has formed an unofficial volunteer brigade to assist the Corse in this endeavor. While they seldom show interest in Outcast forces movements outside of Gallic space, this presents and un-rivaled opportunity to secure large shipments of Cardimine and captured Outcast personnel for their own dark research purposes.

The Outcasts, while not directly aware of the trap that has been laid for them, are always ready for a fight and are happy to show anyone who stands against them that attacks on their drug shipments will not be tolerated. Once Corse and GSB forces have been detected moving on their shipments, the response from Cali base will be swift and revengeful.
