I am pleased to announce that you have been PROMOTED from Lieutenant Commander to full status as Rear Admiral Lower Half, which has been given to you for the tremendous dedication you show to recruits in helping them through their training process and also how you always give 100 % no matter the situation or the outcome.
This is an extensive jump but a well deserved Field Promotion.
