What is keeping you from playing?

Honestly, I never enjoyed the RP element of Discovery. I loved playing with some friends, mining together, flying convoys, the occasional fight, but I never cared for speaking in character, thinking of a backstory, having to type out several messages before engaging in combat and other rules like that. I know it literarily says RP in the server name, but back when my dad and his friends showed me Discovery when I was like 11, I didn't care about any of that. Now I only visit the forums a few times a year to check out how the story moves forward. Also, I can't be bothered to recover my characters, forgot to back up the files when I last played.
