Mr. Abrams,

I am Captain Hawkins of the Unto Nightfall. I received a report last night from one of our recon ships, Vigil-3, concerning an encounter with a Nomad Ish'tar-class warform, a Coalition expeditionary cruiser, and you. Said report made mention of certain materials you were carrying aboard your ship that may be of significant interest to the Order and a potential deal to acquire a sample of these from you.

Section 8 command has cleared a grant of 30,000,000 SC for the purchase of one unit of this material. However, due to this considerable investment and the potentially dangerous nature of the samples, we can not risk leaving the exchange in the hands of one of our recon fighters. Therefore, I would request a meeting in the Coronado system. There, the Unto Nightfall can receive the materials.

If this arrangement is agreeable to you, I will forward a time and location for the meeting.
