Esteemed officials of the Rheinland Government and EFL

Changes in the Core
You might be asking what is the Core Force and why isn't Archos, the Supreme Guildmaster contacting you. Well our honored leader has decided to retire , and the Core Force is now simply attempting to uphold his strong values and vision. Our influence and power isn't anywhere near the level of the aformentioned figure, those shoes are just too big to fill, but we do our best to uphold his legacy, protect the interests of the Core and most of all enable and protect our independent heroes.

We obviously have vested interest in the above, and we would like to inquire about the contingencies given recent developments.

The Force has strong ties to and contacts within the APM - if any parts of the deal were not finalised, the current Core is ready to lend a helping hand, be it assistance with financing or physical hauling of commodities to assist the EFL and any legal or physical obligations the Rheinland Government might have that have not yet been met.

We will do anything in our power to safeguard the swift completion of the project - please state in what way is our assistance required.
