Subject: Colorado incident

Colorado had an "accident" it seems - I guess the Xenos freed some of their prisoners.

Not sure what to do with this information - but Colorado and Denver with LPI stations seem like prime target for our endeavours as symbols of greed of the Government. Perhaps we can strike the units that will attempt to recover the LPI assets.
