Flying from California to New York, I noticed a few vessels crowding the Capital. Rheinland Military vessels entered Liberty Space... from the looks of things, they wanted to hand over some prisoners. The Libertonian Police, 5th, 46th and Secondary Fleet vessels didn't like their presence very much, breaching Liberty borders and all. This was quite the encounter. Leon would be proud.
