After looking at your respective applications, it has been decided by High Command that you are to be ACCEPTED into the Liberty Navy 46th Fleet.

Welcome to the Fleet, gentlemen.

Both of you will be assigned the Recruit until such time as you get yourselves situated and established within the 46th Fleet.

Please report to Rear Admiral, Upper Half Van Leer at Fleet Headquarters, Salt Lake, at your earliest convenience. You will both be evaluated in the field by various ranking officers and once you've proven yourself as capable Naval Officers, you will be promoted to the rank of Ensign. Grab your kit and we'll meet in person when you arrive.
