That "rain destruction on your installation and ship the survivors to Malta" was before we knew that Interspace Commerce owned this station. The fact that we saw an interspace vessel dock there, doesn't mean that Interspace Commerce owns that station. To put this into context, Hoshizora Travel Company stood where your station stands now. It turned out to be real nuisance and was owned by the Kusari government. In the end we destroyed it because it was harrowing our transports. I witnessed its end with my own eyes



This time I decided to investigate the station first and wondered who the owners were. You at Interspace never bothered to contact the GC before you began construction in the area, so naturally we thought you could be a rivalling organisation. We already knew about Kobayashi station, but that one was at least in a remote section space where the GC would have no hinder of it. Nomura is right next to one of our more important locations.

Please, do not tell me to get my head in the game. Once I do that, people start dying. You will likely prefer me as I am now. This is me being nice. So it is best to work with the cards you are being dealt. The fact that the station isn't burning means that we still think positively of you. My tone is my tone. I already told you I am the one taking care of matters that no one else wants to touch. I was never put into this position because I am nice. I was put here because I am efficient at fixing problems.

I will make this simple.

• We want all GC- vessels white listed on Nomura and Kobayashi Station. This is primarily to prevent another incident like Hoshizora. We will check if this has been done. The thing that offends me most is an Interspace Director talk about restricting GC movements on interspace stations. We will be discreet when visiting your stations however.
  
• As these are corporate bases, we expect that no weapon platforms will be constructed.
  
• To verify the truth behind your words, we do expect some kind of contribution towards our cause.
  

If you agree to these terms, we have no issues with your stations. But please, do not try to tell me how to do diplomacy if you want to stay on my good side.
