James Liberon, I am pleased to announce that you have been PROMOTED from Ensign to Lieutenant. This promotion follows your dedication to the Fleet and in your tried and tested skill in combat scenarios in the field. I hope you continue to work hard as you have done since joining the Fleet, I trust this will most certainly be the case.
Noel Tizona, I am pleased to announce that you have been PROMOTED from Mentee to Recruit. Following your initial trial to see if the Navy would be a good career path for you, I can only say that all of High Command have had a great experience with you under our command. We hope this will long continue as you officially start your career within the Fleet. Please report to Salt Lake with immediate effect to receive your orders and please update your ship(s) transponders immediately.
