Lionel,

This transmission comes as a surprise - yet an expected one given the recent events in Bretonia and the neighboring Tau systems.

With that made clear, I shall clarify now the questions you've put forth. The Bretonia Armed Forces are no longer in a position to conduct large scale offensive operations beyond the reaches of the Edinburgh, Leeds, T-31 and other Bretonian systems. We have set this embargo upon the Gallic Union in hope that corporations and independent freelancers alike will cease all trading operations within the territory of the Union.

Furthermore, I would also like to make it clear that the embargo will not be lifted under any circumstances. Any and all ships travelling to and from Gallia will be turned around - either by us or other signatory parties.

Lastly, if you are indeed in such desperate times and seek funding, or even military support, the best decision is to contact the Intelligence Service of Bretonia.
