The Fleet - Captain Scott Maxell Schulman

We got to the command room where the captain was beginning to make demands for the crippled transports cargo, we rushed in all clubs blazing, beating the crew to death. Two seized the captain, whilst more of the slaves took to stations around the command room, most of the ships functions in the command room are designed to be easy to operate, luckily some of the slaves had some sort of experienced on board other ships aswell. We cut communications with the transport and changed our course, charging cruise we flew away and left the transport alone. The captain was thrown out the airlock for his crimes; tell a lie, it was mainly to make us feel better.

We had control of the ship, the crew still shocked in disbelieve at our accomplishment. I led the people to their freedom, I was hero; they looked up to me as their savours. A few of the crew nicknamed me The Vice because of the power I had in my hands. I liked the attention and as such renamed the ship after me, deciding to keep the first part of the name so as to never forget what life was like, I decided on calling it the CommIrk-Vice. We would be renown for the frist pirate vessel to be over run by slaves!"

Being slaves our entire lives, trust was something we didnt give out to anyone outside our own community, we stayed as nomadic as possible with as little contact with other ships and stations so as to avoid detection. The pirates we had killed had a fleet of ships at their disposal operating from a central crime syndicate. They had multiple ships in similar positions than what we were in; it was only a matter of time before more ships suffered the same fate of justice as mine."

We acquired a second ship in the fleet through chance, we picked up a pirate transport on sensors, and damage report was critical. The ship was venting atmosphere with several hull breaches. Reserves of H-fuel were being depleted fast, most of their weapons were off line and shields were down. The ship was almost dead in the water with a low life sign count onboard. The ship picked us up on sensors after we had, when they saw us they attempted to turn around and flee. We prevented that from happening, weapons were primed and locked but we didnt open fire.

I gave the command to open a channel, they replied straight away with a request not to destroy the ship; I introduced myself as Scott Maxell Schulman, Captain of the CommIrk-Vice along with the demand of their surrender. They replied rather astonishingly, they had heard of what we had done, and had inspired them to do the same, there ship took damage when they tried to escape from the smuggling convoy they were travelling with. They also requested that they travel with us, safety in numbers. With two ships in a so called fleet, a chain of command was needed, I told the captain of the other ship that I would be in charge of the two, he agreed.
