I will keep this brief so as to not waste any precious time, Direktor.
During one of my patrols on this day, I've met up with a researcher by the callsign "Ridge" - the same one you've met with.

He was carrying Nomad weaponry and materials [X]; [X], however due to the fact he was awaiting your arrival, I've allowed him to station near the Bayern.

My questions are as follows. What is the Buro's stance on this researcher? Does he gain permission to carry such items within Rheinland space if under escort? I will await an answer on this situation.
