Well Jinx already had a great idea about nerfing bombers strafing ability... Then it would be used as a long range artillery piece, that it should be considering it's damage potential...
Bombers with SN+inferno/minirazor show good teamplay, becouse such a bomber can never take down a target without his CD friend, that should remain.
Cruisers have somekind of suicidal logic behind them, being able to only attack Battleships with sufficent degree of success (in numbers 3+), theoreticly they should down gunboats with great ease, but that's far from being the case if you install poor pilots in them.
As far as i'm conserned, give Battleships a 25% hull boost, something simmilar to "Some" cruisers, little tweaks here and there.
The general Idea should go thorwards capital fights taking longer. In my eyes 3 bombers should still be able to take out poorly flown battleships but 4 or more would be required for a perfectly managed ship.
That could be done by lenghtening the fight, to the point where if you are hitting something for that long it goes down.
