Yup, removing strafe won't help.
Decreasing turn rate (but leaving agility as it is) would help.
But even if that is done, some GB's need turn rate decrease as well.
Bombers are very balanced when compared to GB's.
It's not bomber's fault that Cruisers and BS's are bigass targets.
So, if you are going to NERF bombers, you have to NERF GB's as well.
If not, well, you can just improve some cruisers a bit and it will be fine.
