Effective firepower reduction prevents me from undertaking any more aggressive contracts such as bounty hunting on criminals as listed per current laws of United Rheinland. Considering I already posses your authorization to fly Wraith-class fighter under civilian flag, I furthermore request licence to purchase spare parts such as original powerplant currently in use by Corporate Paramilitary and Government Officials.

Furthermore, I had noticed I am not listed on Rheinland restricted technology registry which may cause problems in the future should any overzealous police officer stops me. I advise to update the list with my name on it. My fighter is currently mounting Rheinland weapons licensed for open market such as Flammenwerfer series.
