You are indeed correct that the base concerned is in a rather inhospitable zone. Deep Space Engineers are known for their ability to do the best job in the harshest places. Your men look like they are experienced to do the job to decontaminate the base.

If you could be so kind as to send the coordinates so we can arrange a site visit it would be much appreciated. If I recall it was South East of the Dublin gold mine, but accurate positioning requires astute placement. It is best to send it to my Private Mail as it is encrypted for commercially sensitive projects.

We can not, of course, commence without confirming all legal documents from the correct authorities are in place. Once coordinates, planning permission, and a 10% deposit is paid, we can begin the process of moving it to your site.
