In a singular and costly attempt to fortify our operations made in Liberty, we decided to move our forces deep in Liberty to secure alternative routes, to consolidate the supply of the orange product in the most protected places. Several of our ships were deployed: Dreadnoughts Marsaxlokk and Lisabona, Destroyer El Cid and Battlecruisers Maltese and Destino Final; commanded by Marco Morales, Antuan Cabrero, Isabel Montalban, Sveta Susuki and myself, respectively. We navigated to Pennsylvania system and we found 2 contacts, a Liberty Insurgency Overlord-class vessel, Discovery, and a Lane Hacker curiously named Roaring Kitty. They joined the group, eager to check for relevant movement in the area.

A brief sweep through Appalachian Asteroid Field was fruitful enough to encounter a patrol of a Liberty Police INC. Dreadnought, Leavenworth and a couple of bombers, LPI Steph Swanson and 46th Delta-17. The crew of the Discovery tried to convince the Police to cease the operations and join their cause of “justice”; after the predictable denial from the Leavenworth’s commanding officer, the situation escalated.

At first, we took a defensive approach on them, as they were not numerous as us at that moment; but as many incursions happen in Liberty, we would be overwhelmed in minutes. This was no exception; after the Insurgency captain finished the talk with the blind LPI, enemy reinforcements arrived.

Without a second thought, we had to change our stance to a more aggressive one. A chaotic skirmish erupted in the asteroid field. Fortunately for us, we reacted fast enough to push them back. Ultimately, the enemies were repelled and we vacated the system safely.

The incursion in Pennsylvania has proved us, once again, that the current Liberty government and their puppets are still denying the benefits of our product to the general libertarian population. Evidently, the efforts made to conceive the Orange Dream as a whole will not falter, as the Cardamine trading and selling increases. Each quarter is expected to reach a better profit, but Outcast movement must be ensured in certain frontiers to make sure that the Orange Tomorrow reaches every station and planet as possible.
