What reasoning has brought you to the Dragons? I've been a Blood Dragon my whole life.

Autobiography: 798 AS, born in Kyoto base. Mother and father unknown. Left abandoned in a habitation unit. Raised by a family of Blood Dragon warriors he was taught various hand to hand combat skills and basic combat training.
At the age of 19, he signed up to an infiltration program. The enemy doesn't only need defeating on the battlefield but from within as well. Pave the way for the rightful shogun to return, and liberate the people from the corrupt and unlawful kusari government.
After 4 years of intensive training, he got assigned to the source of the kusari scourge: New Tokyo, saitama prefecture. Along with 4 other operatives. Initial missions were to remain incognito, intelligence gathering, mapping, setting up local connections with disillusioned individuals and carry out propaganda efforts to fuel the mounting unrest and disatisfaction.
Managed to escape from a raid by kusari law enforcement on his cell's compount, leaving his identity intact with only his call sign "Enigma". But the mission was eventually pulled because of security measures and kusari counter-intelligence operations in Saitama prefecture.
Dissatisfied with the lost opportunity to die in honorable battle, he resigned as an operative and is looking to join "The Rose Dragon".
Bushido Code Agreement

The core of a samurai's honor is composed of these traits. By agreeing to this, you promise to commit to these teachings on and off of the battlefield. Failure to exhibit these lessons of life is dishonorable and may result in demotion, exile, or ordered 切腹 (seppuku).

How long have you been playing, and have you ever broken the rules of Discovery, resulting in sanction or other punishment? I have been playing on and off since 2017. Been playing regulary since summer 2020. I have never been subjected to sanctions or punishment, I have however been told not to talk OOC in local chat only once.
