This is the report of today! the newest of novelties, there are lot to report to the high command ...
First for the important thing...

After hours, weeks working, well, i lost the amount of time staying in this shipyard personally i have to take a full study on this devices ... After time requesting, aiding the blueprints and lot of work into Valletta shipyard, we currently got developed an unusual drive, it can bring a vessel pinpoint in a flash ... jumping systems away from is located (They told me if i want to get one, i should work too on building and studying on this as a pre-requesite).

I finally got in my hands (well the ones of my vessel) a complete state of art, the Jumpdrive seems like a curious, interesting and art for research and engineer ... so we are testing now the device ... engineers at Valletta told me of being time for the jumpdrive test, so, after reunite my crewmen after lunch we just deployed to commence the test, we got green light to deploy from one of the hangars, meanwhile i was studying how this devices work, while as commander of my ship i must know all the details what change and what is in there ... how is setup and the risks on use it ... they advice i should be with extreme precaution about how i use this "beauty" of device because one command getting wrong or even doing a blind jump could lead me inside a sun! and a catastrophic damage would happen without any oportunity to stay alive... so we have to be really serious about it, because an error in our indexes could just bring us in the middle of the sun, so we cannot use it in a normal enviroment where there are radiation or so without being "unacurate" it could be used as measure in aiding or to save our lifes ...

I was trained with my crew, i need to admit it the professors on this shipyard are a very more gentle than the ones on Corsica or even Malta (or maybe i should be adapted after some years on the maltesian navy=?)

Well, the test need be reported and for the first jump with extreme cautious they bring me a serial of numbers, the device were programmed to make a jump in there, then a comeback posting in, the audiologs on this vessel.

After the jumpdrive test... we have to return to the shipyard, we have some condenser damage in this jump, probably due a core unable to fit the energy draw or maybe there is something to be investigated, the vessel was returned to Alpha, but we have another issue...
Near Planet Malta we saw something strange on radar ...

Well, i ask helmsman to push engines to try intercept, at least this captain was easy to intercept, after some talks about who are us and the reason this pilot was in some kind Sleeping Cell with Deep Sleeping seems this pilot is lost ... drifting in space, and asking what are our mission, of course the answer was to bring our orange dream to sirius, but this pilot seems more conceptual about our "relationships" with the Nomads ... we talked just the bare minimun, and bring me some... history about the Crimson Cross and their Holy Faith with this aliens ... after it, and unwilling to destroy this vessel, as a simple one-time offer, i bring that vessel to the Omicron Theta specifically to Freeport 9 ... and return to the shipyard safely ...

Personally i should say i have nothing with this "Order" Unit, she seems wanted to just inform us about a possible Nomad invasion in the omicrons, and personally i should belive in this words of the saying, i should be aware if they try something, i have seem in my patrol and exploration these "Jellies" are really becaming more and more agressive, smart or even annoying to us, i should recommend putting more effort in dispatching a defense patrol in our home system and in behind font, since this pilot was possing no threat to me or other people, i give her my offer to return back to Omicron Theta... is not like i dislike in doing this, but well... i think i prefer a pacific route instead of just Kill on Sighting route ...
This is all to inform today, after some adjustements to our Jump Drive unit we will be doing our second test to scratch any error left is stable for close systems but it loss the "stability" on pinpoint depending distance, our computer got his backup running so we are extracting the data now, or maybe radiation bring us this issue, well, that is what we are working now.
