Constructions and improvements have been completed on schedule at the Galicia Research Station. As part of The Perfect Outcast Project we are embarking on our scientific activities for the perfect fusion of Cardamine and the Human Entity. In the work of Stage 3 I would like to thank Gen'an Chrysanthemums and "Rat" for their sacrificial and exceptional stance.

As a summary of the project:
The main goal of the construction was the development of laboratories and the creation of new experimental sites.

Galicia Research Station Laboratories

Botanical and Biochemical Laboratory

First completed department. Our developments under the circumstances detailed in the previous report continues at a good pace. We increased the brightness from 15,000 lux to 17,000 and raised the temperature to 30 °C. Based on the results of the changes in the vacuum containers, the concentration of the active ingredient Cardamine was increased by 15%. Later, with selective cloning and hybridization of the plants, the highest Cardamine concentration showed 35% increase. The recovered high concentration of cardamine was stored both in powdered, liquid and crystalline form. In view of the results of the research so far, it is proposed to grow this type of cardamine in large numbers in a new area, taking into account environmental factors. The experimental Cardamine produced so far is suitable for further research. The active ingredient is a stable molecule in animal and human organisms. The research results will be published later at the molecular level in our scientific community.
Recommendation: Planet Albegna would be suitable in many ways for growing experimental cardamine. We were struck by the effects of CO2 and the processing of CO2 on the new plant.

Genetic Care Laboratory

The task of the Genetic Care Laboratory is to classify the subjects coming for the experiment and to prepare them for the extraction of the necessary data. This is where the sequencing of basic genetic codes takes place. In this segment of the experiment into which the subject enters is decided on the basis of physiological and physical characteristics and psychological status. Subjects are exposed to the first effects of various experimental cardamines. Changes in genetic stock are monitored in individual organic tubes. This is where cardamine-induced genetic surgery is performed, followed by monitoring of subsequent changes.

In the first study of the laboratory, we will need the following consumables :

Redemption laboratory

The aim of the experiment is to make a new Cardamine or to modify the genetic changes induced by Cardamine to raise the Outcast generations. Those who came out positively at the end of the experiment are participating in the final stage of the laboratory experiments under the Redemption subproject. It means an induced REM phase bio-psycho-social experiment using Holo Tainment Bands. Psychological adaptation of the Physiological fit Outcast as a final process is necessary for the purpose of adaptation. In the case of successful adaptation the subjects should be isolated for further routine observations and follow-up. The evaluation of the final results depends based on data measured on a simulation base under real, controlled conditions.

Recommendation: Planet Albegna is a suitable place. Subjects would live and behave as Outcasts, under isolated and controlled conditions.
