Boucher,

Several weeks have passed since our last talks... and much has happened since then. As a summary, a significant part of the Bureau has been reformed under the banner of a new organization, the Gallic Defense Authority. The newly-formed GDA maintains the Bureau and the majority of the Navy under its direct control, much alike the times of the Enclave, which I believe you are more than familiar with.

Despite these changes, I've remained in the National Intelligence and my mission will continue as intended.

With that clarified, I will have one, final, request for the time being. What is the exact situation in Lorraine and most importantly, have the Maquisards suffered many losses?
