Esteemed representatives, I am Itto Kaisa Mitsuo Akihiro, representing the Kusari Naval Forces. The reason I send this communication is a request on behalf of the Naval Forces for several batches of materials for our Navy.

Due to the costly war with Gallia, along with an increased number of raids made by local outlaws, the Naval Forces are in need of more materials at faster rate. With this in mind, I will present the list of required materials for our rebuilding efforts. I have my hopes that this will be completed soon, as our nation must continue maintaing a strong Navy.

List of materials

Nanocapacitors: 5,000 - 20,000 credits per unit
Quantum Multiplexors: 10,000- 15,000 credits per unit
Nanotubes: 10,000 - 20,000 credits per unit
Ablative Armor Plating: 10,000 - 10,000 credits per unit
Industrial Materials: 10,000 - 10,000 credits per unit

A total sum of 750,000,000 credits is available for the contract, as detailed in the materials list. The delivery point for the materials must be the Narita Outpost in the New Tokyo system. All reports have to be made over this channel.
