I am sorry if we have some delay in the Ship Hull Panels shipments. We agreed on 5x Shipments each one has 4000 units but when we reached Trafalgar Base in New London we found that the Ship Hull Panels takes 2 cargo space per unit so we shipped 5x shipments but each one has 2000 unit only.
