Miss Tizona,

After looking at your application, it has been decided by High Command that you are to be ACCEPTED into the Liberty Navy 46th Fleet at the Rank of Recruit. This is a conditional acceptance and will be described in greater detail below. The Republic is, of course, grateful for your service in years past but we need to ensure that you're still up to scratch, as it were.

The eyes of the Fleet with be upon you for the duration of your tenure as a Recruit. If, over the course of the coming weeks, you prove to be a worthy and capable pilot - you will be promoted further to the rank of Ensign, at which point, you will formally begin your career as a Naval Officer within the 46th Fleet.

Please report to myself, Vice Admiral Martin Kemp-Smith, at Fleet Headquarters, Salt Lake, at your earliest convenience to set you up and assign you to the officers who will assist you and give the High Command details of your patrols.
