To whom it may concern,

My name is Dr. John Williams from Freeport 11, Omicron Delta.

Please Excuse me but I was not sure who is in charge of Freeport 11 now so I'm sending this message to all Zoners.

I want to get your permission to build a new Zoner base in O-Delta beside Freeport 11.

This location is important to me because I want to do some researches about the Iridium Ore mining field in Delta and the name of my base will be Delta Research Station.
