I've marked the only differences in the proposal that we're making. As we, too, are a company that never stands still, we've managed to innovate some of our building techniques and are now incorporating Biodome parts into the construction process. In exchange for that, and as an apology for the inconvenience that the disappearance of CEO Stevens has caused, we've decided to lower your leasing fees.
