Esteemed Minister Toshinori,

I am Antoinette Martin, Minister of Foreign Affairs to the Gallic Union.

For the sake of increasing the speed of salvaging debris left after the conflict between our houses, we wish to hire a third party: ALG, in collaboration with EFL Oil & Machinery to complete the process. In order to permit their involvement in the salvaging process, under the terms of the Treaty of Rishiri, we need the agreement of both signatories, as well as an amendment to the said Treaty.

Under the new terms we have proposed, Gallic and Kusarian ship wreckage shall be salvaged by EFL and ALG respectively. The Gallic Union would like to avoid unnecessary complications caused by handling the defunct technology of House Kusari, hence your corporations will be allowed to transport extracted materials from the base, where the ALG will unload the extracted wreckage for further transportation.

Do you consent to these changes, the involvement of ALG, and the joint contracting with this debris handling company?

THE TREATY OF RISHIRI (ADJUSTED)

PEACE TERMS

1. The Confederacy of Gallia and the Reformed Empire of Kusari* hereby accede immediate state peace between signatories and their recognized and contracted entities.
   
   
   1. The Reformed Empire of Kusari and the Confederacy of Gallia* will agree to an immediate non-aggression pact for the duration of five (5) years.
      
      
   2. All signatory parties hereby agree no side may be held in any manner liable for the war, and therefore no further reparations, compensations, adjudications, legal challenges or further measures, unless specified in the treaty, are required.
      
      
   3. Gallic Warship Wrecks will be deconstructed and sorted by Gallic Corporations, Kusari Warship Wrecks will be deconstructed and sorted by ALG Waste Disposal, involving Kusari Corporations to transportation. The joint commission will monitor salvage operations. The Reformed Empire of Kusari will be allowed to buy back its salvage for 100% of the current market value at the time.
      
      
   4. All signatory parties hereby agree to lift all hostile laws against all other signatories and adjust them to reflect at least a cold neutral stance or above.
      
   
   
2. The Confederacy of Gallia* hereby acknowledge the exclusive claim and exploitation of natural resources by the Reformed Empire of Kusari in the systems of Rishiri (Tau-53) and Tau-23 and will resign from exploiting the resources themselves. Resources purchases from the Independent Miner Guild are freely permitted.

TERRITORY RECOGNITION

1. The Gallic Union* will respect and recognize the authority of Reformed Empire of Kusari over the systems of New Tokyo, Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku, Tottori, Hokkaido, Saga (Tau-29), Rishiri (Tau-53) and parts of the Tau-31 system (Holman Junction, Trade lane connections to Orkney (Brittany) and Tau-29, the surrounding space up to the "navigation middle" of the system).
   
   
2. The Reformed Empire of Kusari* will respect and recognize the authority of the Gallic Union over the systems of Ile-de-France, Burgundy, Brittany (Orkney), Champagne, Languedoc, Lorraine, Orléanais, Provence, Picardy and Zurich.
   
   
3. The space of Tau-23 (Gironde) is considered a Neutral Zone between the Gallic Union and the Reformed Empire of Kusari*, with allowance of joint operations against mutual enemies.

CRIMINAL RECOGNITION

The Gallic Union and the Reformed Empire of Kusari* hereby agree to denounce the criminal acts of organizations listed as domestic criminals to respective states and consider them hostile. The list of organizations per house is following:
