Attention Fleet,

William Hawthorne, Director of the License Requisition Centre, Liberty Government - has reached out to all Liberty Forces regarding potential deployment of Capital Assets against a local modular installation - "Zekks Little Cottage".

The installation is located in orbit of Planet Hallam, Pennsylvania - the the North West as you view it on your ship-board navigation charts.

If the owner does not pay the required licensing fee to the Government within 48 hours, we will deploy the Fleet to assist in removing the installation from Hallam's orbit, along with any other Liberty Forces that attend.

I have taken the liberty of performing a immediate reconnoiter of the installation and the immediate surroundings for tactical considerations, listings to follow:

- Due to the proximity between Cleveland Station and Zekks Little Cottage, the Fleet will position between the two stations to avoid potential damage to Cleveland.
- Capital vessels will form a tight-knit formation to allow space for civilians to go about their business.
- Should a civilian be passing by the immediate area, all ships are to cease fire until such time as ordered to proceed.
- Frequent system-wide comms to be relayed to advise of the on-going operation in the area to alert civilians.

Further considerations may present themselves at the time and will be relayed Fleet-wide on the scene.

This deployment order is drafted in light of the communication received from the Director. If we are advised that we are not to proceed, then this will also be notified urgently. Alternatively, as a safety precaution, under no circumstance are any Officers to deploy without expressed clearance from High Command.

Any developments, considerations or otherwise will be relayed as we get them.
