Childhood

Nina Rodriguez was born in January the same date of the new year on Crete. Her parents, Luciano and Florence were both corsairs. They got Nina on January first at midnight. We can say it started the new year with happiness even if the living conditions were not the top ones. With the years that followed, the happiness that Luciano and Florence had ceased. Something was on their mind. Due of that, they less took care of their child. Nina was only five.

Because of the lack of food, her parents were not monsters. They gave a bit more food to Nina but not enough for her age. And it was the same thing until she turned ten. At ten years old, Nina was more ''independent''. She was hunting, all by herself, what could be eatable. Some days, she didn't eat at all because of bad luck. Else, she managed to survive until now. With or without the help of her parents. Also, what gave Nina the courage to survive, it was the stories she heard from her parents secretely. The girl was confident and said to herself: ''I will be a corsair!''

Teenage years

At the beginning of her adolescence, Nina Rodriguez heard many stories about the so called Brotherhood. Their exploits gave to Nina the inspiration to do the trial once she will be able to use a ship. But until the proper moment, she was fighting the other teenagers. At their age, it wasn't rare to see them fighting to prove themselves and making their parents proud. The first combats were hard for the redhead girl because she had no experience. However, more she was loosing, more she gained experience. And the following fights were won easy.

Her daily life changed when she was near eighteen. At eighteen, Nina Rodriguez was preparing to complete the infamous trial. The trial is somewhat a dangerous test. The fact it is dangerous is because the young corsair needs to go deep within the Malvada Cloud and bring an artifact. However, the danger was high. During the trial, you could meet calamaros or in other words nomads and bounty hunters. Not to forget the nebula is highly radioactive.

During the trial

During her trial, Nina was alone. she had an outdated legionaire equiped with only two salamanca and one missile launcher. At that time, the nebula was more dangerous as nowadays. Indeed, Nina met five calamaros and she managed to destroy them using only two salamanca. She also met some bounty hunters and again, she managed to blow them up. Her trial took five hours. The reason why it took that much was because she needed to go deeper in the nebula to find artifacts.

When she finished her trial and once landed on Crete, her parents recongnized a ''talent'' in their child. They were proud for the first time. Of course, Nina rejected them of her life. The reason was simple. They didn't take care of their child properly.

After her trial to nowaday
During two years, after her trial, Nina Rodriguez practiced her skills with a Titan that she freshly bought with all her money. She didn't really make friends and she didn't care too. The young woman was more focused on the actuality. What kept her attention was more the exploits of the Brotherhood always being told. She heard about senor Bebe and senor Ladron and yet, she didn't have the chance to meet them. It was not because of fear but more because of their ranks. Nina was at the beginning of the ladder. Also, she wouldn't know how to greet them properly.

In 829 A.S, Nina began to be more active in space. Indeed, she has met the almirante of the black flag, Lucia Jaquez and members of the tribune Cesar Gutierrez and Alberto Rodriguez. To her, Cesar and Alberto were funny. But something confused them, Cesar, Alberto and Nina. The thing that confused them was the same last name of Nina and Alberto. They were both Rodriguez but were they in the same familia even if they don't know? Or perhaps they once had a common parent? No matter. The only thing she focuses on is how to make the empire even better than it is but before, she will need to prove herself as corsair and being known like the Bortherhood is. Her story has just begun.
