Mister Prichart,

After looking at your application, it has been decided by High Command that you are to be ACCEPTED into the Liberty Navy 46th Fleet at the Rank of Recruit. This is a conditional acceptance and will be described in greater detail below. The Liberty Navy is always on the lookout of keen pilots.

The eyes of the Fleet with be upon you for the duration of your tenure as a Recruit. If, over the course of the coming weeks, you prove to be a worthy and capable pilot - you will be promoted further to the rank of Ensign, at which point, you will formally begin your career as a Naval Officer within the 46th Fleet. During your initial tenure as a Recruit, you will get to grips with how the Fleet operates, what is expected of you as an Naval Officer - and Senior Officers will share their knowledge and guide you further to ensure you are an effective member of the Fleet.

Please report to myself, Admiral Martin Kemp-Smith, at Fleet Headquarters, Salt Lake, at your earliest convenience to set you up, up to speed with your duties and answer any initial questions you may have before assignment.
