Furthermore, as you served the Vaterland proudly as successful Polizeidirektor in several affairs with many achievements for the Volk of Rheinland, the Kaiser has chosen to give you the seat of the local Governor of the Neu Berlin System.
Herr Ludwig von Parothia, you may call yourself now Erzherzog zu Neu Berlin! Wear the crest of Neu Berlin proudly, my lord!

Herr Kurt Reber is welcomed in the inner circle of the Rheinland Hochadel and shall wear his name proudly as Kurt von Reber. Furthermore the Kaiser has chosen to give you the seat of the local Governor of the Frankfurt System, since you are the successor of Generaldirektor Ian von Gunn who chose to retire from Duty. Containing Holstein as the Planet owned by your Corporation, this system shall be a valuable place for you.
Herr Kurt von Reber, from now on you may call yourself Erzherzog zu Frankfurt! Wear the crest of Frankfurt proudly, my lord!

With this announcement the Council revokes the Erzherzog Titel of Ian von Gunn and Joseph von Liechtenstein due to their retirement from their Positions and allows both to wear the title of Großherzog honoring their families and their engagement for the Kaiserreich Rheinland.
