Good day Dieter Schneider of the Rheinländisches Registrierungsbüro,
I wish to submit our revised application for a new base in your territory in the New Berlin system.
Our organization is called All Worlds Enterprises and we are a Freelancer entity not bound to any Sirius house. We are dedicated to the rule of law involving whichever government district we are operating within. My own actions have shown I am a friend to the Rheinland people and value our continuing relationship.

The purpose of the station: General trading and the station will also serve as cargo storage for all members and contracted clients.
