You've probably already heard of me, otherwise this will bring you up to speed.
I am King Herrera, from the Iberian Empire in the south of our beloved planet, there is no need to prolong the talk, you can come to the south and see for yourselves.
Let's get to the point, I have been carefully observing your actions. Some have done better than others to improve the quality of our compatriots.
Because of this I feel it is imperative that we can share a big picture for everyone involved. I know that everyone has their agenda and their ambitions, well that's fine, I have mine, but that doesn't mean that I'm going to leave you alone and to your fate.
