Mister Dixon,

I am pleased to see an experienced pilot apply to join the Fleet.

After looking at your application, it has been decided by High Command that you are to be ACCEPTED into the Liberty Navy 46th Fleet at the Rank of Recruit. This is a conditional acceptance and will be described in greater detail below. The Liberty Navy is always on the lookout of keen pilots.

The eyes of the Fleet with be upon you for the duration of your tenure as a Recruit. If, over the course of the coming weeks, you prove to be a worthy and capable pilot - you will be promoted further to the rank of Ensign, at which point, you will formally begin your career as a Naval Officer within the 46th Fleet.
