Hello Doctor Kosher,

Glad to hear you are planning to construct your station at the 4km perimeter from the Freeport. You asked about the sole reason for this distance and that would be the fact that it is a research station. When you combine that with the neutral stance of the Freeport and the IMG reputation I as administrator cannot take any risk. Even when you say that factions which may oppose to the presence of an IMG station in the Freeport NFZ are not frequently active in the Omega-3 system.
